"Bin im Oktober zum Studium hier eingezogen und ziehe jetzt wieder aus, um in eine größere Wohnung zu ziehen. Die Lage ist ruhig, zum HBF und damit zu vielen Tramlinien und zur Bahn echt nahe. Supermarkt auch gleich um die Ecke. Wände sind echt schalldicht, habe nie was von den Nachbarn mitgekriegt. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich, Möbel in guten Zustand, Hausmeister wenn was ist direkt zur Stelle, sehr hilfsbereit. Matratze wie auf den Bildern inklusive, Bettwäsche nicht, da war..."

"Mitarbeiterinnen sind super freundlich. Lage ist perfekt, mit kurzen Wegen zum Bahnhof, zu mehreren Supermärkten und der Universität. Alles Fußläufig erreichbar. Die Gegend ist nett und ruhig. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich eingerichtet und in gutem Zustand. Die Miete ist angemessen, dafür dass die Wohnung möbliert ist, man sie sofort beziehen kann und es keine versteckten Nebenkosten gibt."
